In 2016, I embarked on my flow arts journey with a very special plastic circle; a hula hoop. Little did I know that this humble start would lead me on an adventure igniting joy within the wider community. As my passion for flow arts grew, my collection of props expanded. Hooping became the gateway to a multitude of captivating props that allowed me to express myself in unique ways. Each prop became a medium through which I could weave intricate patterns, concocting spells of wonder and enchantment.

My journey as a performer has propelled me into a variety of settings, from council events and private parties, to vibrant festivals and even corporate events. With every performance, I aim to create a palpable sense of magic that transcends the audience into a state of awe.

In the midst of my creative exploration, I discovered an equal love for teaching and sharing the flow arts magic with the wider community. I realised that the true power of flow arts lays not just in the spectacle, but also in the ability to inspire and empower others. Witnessing the transformation in my students as they discovered their own flow and unleashed their inner creativity was incredibly fulfilling.

Flow arts is about creating occasions where the ordinary is transformed into something extraordinary. As I reflect on my journey, I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to share this magic with the wider community. Flow arts has become more than just a personal passion; it has become a vessel for spreading happiness. And so, with each spin, each twist, and each twirl, I continue to breathe life into the world, creating a symphony of magic and sharing boundless joy with others.
